A peaceful picture of Lyme Regis' Cobb and Fisherman Cottages taken in September 2004 but Lyme Bay is subject to wild storms in the winter and this month's was one of the wildest of the lot! These pictures come from the webcam site - the webcam (based in the Cottages) went down and as you will see no-one could get out there to fix it!!The wind was south-westerly which meant the wood on that side protected us from the storm - though there is one large conifer on the edge of the wood, leaning over our telephone wire which is posing a bit of a problem.
